![]() Portability is a positive feature, but then the Logan (Wards) was carried in by two middling sized men. I understand a number of the short-comings in my era machine have been addressed in the newer version (Why anyone would build a 7" lathe with a 0.622" spindle bore.), but over $14,000 for a basic (barely) equipped lathe seems a bit over the top. I was looking for someone to talk me in/out of selling it, but with a 10L, 13", 10" Logan, and two Bridgeports, it really is a no-brainer. I'm real attached to this lathe, personally, but it is the most limited in capacity and ability that I have. Problem is, something in the shop has to go. Turned out an awful lot of metal with it. ![]() ![]() I have a long bed which I bought new in 1998, and got most of the available attachments at the same time. Most of what I Googled up was ads for machines and accessories (or old sales), and somehow I passed right by the user sites. ![]() Guys, thanks for answering and for the leads. ![]()
